The Grid Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("The Grid", "we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

When you submit our campaign brief form we collect your name, company, email address and the campaign details you choose to share. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare campaign proposals, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

3. Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We use only session storage in your browser to remember that you have seen our intro animation; it is deleted when you close the tab. Embedded content (such as the Google Map on our contact page) may set its own cookies subject to the provider's policy.

4. Sharing

Your information may be processed by our website hosting and email providers under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not transfer personal information outside South Africa except where our service providers' infrastructure requires it, and then only under conditions consistent with POPIA.

5. Retention & security

We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to serve the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission — to protect it.

6. Your rights
